    • CONFIRMED VEHICLE DOES NOT START. CRANKS BUT SLOW AND UNEVEN.FOUND AIR CONDITIONING COMPRESSOR HAS FAILED AND SEIZED. EXTREME DRAG ON ACCESSORY BELT WAS KEEPING ENGINE FROM STARTING. REMOVED BELT AND CAR STARTED UP. NEED TO REPLACE COMPRESSOR. DUE TO NATURE OF FAILURE ALSO NEED TO REPLACE EXPANSION VALVE AND DRIER. CONDENSER WILL HAVE TO BE INSPECTED FOR DEBRIS AND POSSIBLY REPLACED.
